Looking forward being busy is a good problem to have if you have all your ducks in a row. But if you dive deeper into the issue check to see if there’s an elephant in the room. Then again, if you move the goalposts and look for a paradigm shift you might feel empowered in the knowledge that content is king. It is what it is, a win-win.

At the end of the day the objective is to pull together a tiger team to get the ball rolling and funnel the big data into ROI. Synergise is par for the course and might well be the game changer. If not then go back to the drawing board and bite the bullet as you develop a unique strand to open the kimono.

If you lay it all out, make sure you keep the money shot on the radar. Cascade for relevant information, it’s a no brainer if you want to take this offline in order to move the needle and run the numbers as you hit the ground running.

Reach out if necessary, grab the low hanging fruit to make hay before the shit hits the fan (SHTF). And on the strategic staircase keep your eye on the ball with all hands on deck then drill down with your manager’s blessing to get more bang for your buck.
